Values.
Courage. Being Bold.
“The greater the difficulty, the more glory in surmounting it. Skillful pilots gain their reputation from storms and tempests.”
–Epictetus
Authenticity.
Keeping it Real.

Fitness. Of Mind & Body.
To perform at our best, sustain optimum energy, create space for creativity, and in general increase the likelihood of maintaining good health, we have to take care of ourselves. A daily meditation and physical exercise routine have proved essential to my happiness and well-being, and they serve as an essential grounding function when many other elements of life are in a constant state of change.
