What I’m building

TrustBound
Helping companies put AI agents to work within approved policy.
Companies have traditionally relied on legal, product, and engineering teams to build policy into each product and workflow. As AI agents take on more work at greater speed, that approach becomes harder to maintain.
We’re building Gatekeeper: a shared control layer between AI agents and the systems they act on. It’s designed to allow permitted actions, hold actions that need human review, and block prohibited actions.
We’re starting with regulated industries, including insurance and financial services. We’re developing an early prototype and working toward our first paid development partnerships.

Partner & Co-head of Scale
At On Deck, I helped build a global community of founders. Through Scale, I worked with CEOs as they grew their companies, learned from one another, and navigated the challenges of leadership.
OutServe
Co-founder
I co-founded OutServe, which advocated for LGBTQ+ service members and helped advance the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.”

My work has taken different forms, but building organizations and bringing people together have been consistent threads.
Alongside building companies, I invest in and support founders. I’m a partner at Wisdom Partners, where the work centers on helping leaders learn from one another.
Outside work
I’m a husband and father living in Los Angeles. Family, friendship, and bringing people together are important parts of my life.
I love time outdoors, live music, and a good adventure.
